Yes, the shuttle service will run during a 3-hour window from 10:30 PM to 1:30 AM. Given the number of guests staying overnight, we wanted to ensure everyone has a safe and reliable way to return. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to offer shuttle service to the event earlier in the day, as there isn’t a large enough vehicle to coordinate transportation for everyone at the same time.

Yes and no! The ceremony will take place in a beautiful open-air chapel surrounded by manicured gardens, with the natural landscape of Whistle Bear’s golf course as the backdrop. The space features a retractable peaked roof, so we’ll be fully protected from the weather. Heaters will also be provided if it’s a chilly day.
